RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Not have been opened (for cosmetic and beauty products)

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Personalized items

4. Return Process

  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if necessary

5. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
